I don't know. This all just lists "shemale" porn fantasies, right down to "a guy knows what a guy likes", thus denying trans women their identity as real.
One reason given is "it's not gay". There's far more thing in the world than only "straight" and "gay". If you enjoy dick - get dick. If you enjoy women too, get women too. I met my girlfriend nearly five years ago now.She has a lovely large penis,that we both absolutely enjoy,BUT...I would like to say not all trans ladies are so into having one! If you go entirely off the ideas of this video,you'll more than likely be disappointed in the real world,as some of this is really only a specific group of trans ladies.
